Job summary

UpKept Services is seeking a Field Service Technician to deliver high-quality residential maintenance and repair services for HOA and community associations. You will work under the Maintenance Director, respond to work orders, perform preventive maintenance, coordinate with trade partners, and uphold UpKept’s professionalism in every community interaction.

Qualifications

2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in residential or commercial settings.
Ability to work across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Comfort with mobile technology for work orders and timekeeping.

Responsibilities

Respond to reactive maintenance requests within assigned service-level timelines.
Diagnose issues across common trades including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs.
Complete assigned work orders accurately in the work order management platform, including labor time, materials used, photos, and notes.
Identify scope changes and elevate to the Maintenance Director before proceeding with out-of-scope work.
Obtain customer or community manager acknowledgment on change orders or NTE adjustments as required.
