Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience repairing large forklifts or heavy material handling equipment.
• Experience with multiple brands of high-capacity lift trucks.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, diesel, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying environments.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair large-capacity forklifts and heavy industrial lift trucks (diesel, LPG, and electric).
• Perform planned maintenance, safety inspections, and emergency repairs.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and electronic systems.
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding repairs, recommendations, and equipment status.
• Complete service reports and documentation accurately and on time.
• Maintain service vehicle, tools, and inventory in a professional manner.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
