Qualifications

2+ years of experience repairing large forklifts or heavy material handling equipment.
Experience with multiple brands of high-capacity lift trucks preferred.
Strong mechanical, electrical, diesel, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Good communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair large-capacity forklifts and heavy industrial lift trucks (diesel, LPG, and electric).
Perform planned maintenance, safety inspections, and emergency repairs.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and electronic systems.
Communicate clearly with customers regarding repairs, recommendations, and equipment status.
Complete service reports and documentation accurately and on time.
Maintain service vehicle, tools, and inventory in a professional manner.
Follow all safety policies and procedures.
