Job summary

Anderson Equipment Company is seeking a Field Service Technician to travel daily to customer sites and repair a wide range of heavy equipment. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and ensure work is completed and machine is ready for operation.

Qualified candidates have at least 5 years of heavy equipment repair experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a technical degree or military training. CDL is preferred, and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a two-year technical degree or comparable military training preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in heavy equipment repair and maintenance.
• Demonstrated knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems; strong diagnostic ability.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites and repair/maintain equipment.
• Diagnose problems, disassemble/reassemble machines, and order parts as needed.
• Document work orders and track repairs using Anderson’s systems; maintain safety protocols.
