Job summary
Kane Selection Ltd is seeking three Field Service Technicians to provide on-site repair support across Missouri and Southern Illinois. You will diagnose faults, perform maintenance on crushers, screens and conveyors, and coordinate with internal teams to minimise downtime.
Ideal candidates have hands-on heavy equipment experience, strong diagnostics, and a customer-focused approach. Training provided; must be willing to travel within territory.
Qualifications
- At least one year of hands-on experience with aggregate or heavy equipment.
- Strong diagnostic ability across mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot faults and complete repairs independently.
- Willingness to travel within territory; valid driver's license; no CDL required.
- MSHA certification or willingness to obtain it with training.
Responsibilities
- Perform planned maintenance and repairs at customer sites.
- Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults.
- Troubleshoot engines and associated equipment systems.
- Respond to breakdowns and minimise equipment downtime.
- Complete accurate service reports and maintenance records.
- Communicate clearly with customers, service management and parts teams.
- Follow company and site safety procedures.
- Ensure repairs are completed to the required quality standard.
