Job summary

Cisco Equipment, based in Odessa, Texas, seeks a Field Service Technician to be stationed in San Angelo. You will diagnose, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on a variety of heavy equipment at customer sites and in the field.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic systems; completing work orders and service reports; following safety protocols; and communicating clearly with customers and the service team to plan repairs and parts needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; diesel technology or heavy equipment training preferred.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing heavy equipment in field settings.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and electronic control systems.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools; safety-focused.
• Physical ability to lift heavy components and work outdoors.
