Job summary

Cisco Equipment Rentals is seeking a skilled Field Technician to maintain and repair our fleet of heavy equipment at customer job sites. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and ensure equipment uptime while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires a strong mechanical background, hands-on experience with heavy equipment, and the ability to work independently in outdoor conditions. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification preferred.
• 2+ years in heavy equipment maintenance/repair.
• Experience with Linkbelt, JCB, Hyundai, Caterpillar, Komatsu, John Deere or similar.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on heavy equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues and repair as needed.
• Provide service at customer job sites and communicate diagnostics clearly.
• Maintain accurate service records and labor time.
