Job summary

Lanco is seeking a highly skilled Field Service Technician to support heavy lift equipment in outdoor environments. You will troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems on railjacks, forklifts, welders, and service trucks, and perform preventive maintenance.

Travel across the western region is required; candidates must read schematics, train others, and coordinate with site management to schedule repairs and PMs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of field service experience required.
• Ability to read electrical and hydraulic schematics.
• Field related certificates are positively reviewed.
• Willingness to travel throughout the western region.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair equipment – electrical, hydraulic, diesel and mechanical.
• Provide training and technical knowledge on full range of equipment.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance activities on equipment.
• Coordinate repairs and PMs with on site management.
