Responsibilities

• Organize work assignments with a focus on results and customer satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment in the field.
• Prepare reports and follow up on trouble tickets.
• Inspect, repair, and overhaul electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems as needed.
• Interact professionally with customers and record details for service records.
