Job summary

Kodiak Gas Services is seeking an Intermediate Field Service Technician for on-site work in Cuero, TX. The role focuses on operating and maintaining compressor packages and gas processing equipment, with strong emphasis on safety, reliability, and customer service.

You will troubleshoot, backfill other field duties, and support location policies. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in compression/production, valid driver’s license, and proficiency in English.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot repairs and major equipment overhauls.
• Build and maintain customer relationships.
• Analyze parts and inventory for adequate supplies.
• Ensure 98%+ mechanical availability of equipment.
• Provide 24/7 coverage and participate in on-call rotations.
