Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• SSE program completion preferred.
• 3+ years in compression, production, or related field.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain compressor packages and gas processing equipment.
• Troubleshoot repairs and major equipment overhauls.
• Build and maintain customer relationships in the field.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain to ensure parts availability.
• Complete reports per operating procedures and policies.
• Provide 24/7 coverage, overtime and on-call rotations.
• Attend HSE meetings and follow safety protocols.
• Maintain equipment in clean, presentable condition.
