Job summary

JJVG of Nebraska, LLC is seeking a Service Technician to troubleshoot, service, install, and repair equipment at customer locations across the region. You will respond to service calls, resolve technical and customer-related issues, and support management in delivering exceptional service.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to obtain any required certifications.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and ability to pass background checks.
• Ability to read and interpret manuals and schematics.
• Experience with service, maintenance, or repair is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls and complete equipment repairs.
• Install, inspect, test, and maintain equipment at customer sites.
• Diagnose and repair malfunctions in electronic and mechanical systems.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain service documentation and equipment records.
• Ensure safety policies and regulatory requirements are followed.
