Job summary

Guardian Fueling Technologies LLC is seeking a field service technician to troubleshoot electro-mechanical problems, install equipment, and perform repairs at customer sites. You will deliver friendly, professional service, follow safety rules, and complete maintenance and documentation with accuracy.

The role requires reading schematics, operating hand tools, and coordinating with dispatch for work orders. Local travel is expected, with full-time hours and comprehensive benefits provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1–3 years mechanical/electrical experience preferred.
• Experience reading schematics and manuals; strong customer-service skills.
• Able to operate hand tools safely and work in variable field conditions.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electro-mechanical problems and perform installations.
• Conduct unscheduled repairs and scheduled maintenance on customer equipment.
• Provide clear service narratives and complete time/repair paperwork accurately.
• Manage van inventory, tools, and ensure vehicle safety and cleanliness.
• Follow safety rules and hazardous waste disposal guidelines.
