Job summary

FOSS is seeking a Service Technician in Field Service to join our team in Germany. You will perform preventive maintenance, installation and commissioning of FOSS analysis systems, troubleshoot, and provide expert technical support to customers and colleagues. On-site service includes maintenance and repair, spare parts management, and user seminars.

Travel within Germany is required. Fluency in German and English is essential.

Qualifications

• Technical education and experience in field service, maintenance, support, or a similar technical role.
• Experience with analytical, laboratory, process, or industrial equipment, preferably within the food industry or a related field.
• Strong customer focus and passion for delivering outstanding service.
• Fluency in German and good command of English.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel regularly within Germany.

Responsibilities
