Job summary

N Consulting Ltd in Essen and Berlin, Germany, is seeking proactive Field Service Engineers (FSE) & Warehouse Engineers to manage end-user device lifecycles across client sites. You will image devices, enrol users, coordinate warranty activities, and support warehouse operations while ensuring compliance with client standards.

The role requires regular travel between client sites; a valid driver’s license is mandatory. German language communication is preferred for end-user support.

Qualifications

• Experience in desktop support or field services.
• Hands-on Windows imaging and deployment.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy).
• Strong organizational and scheduling skills.
• Ability to travel between client locations.

Responsibilities

• Device Imaging & Deployment: imaging desktops and laptops, installing OS and apps, validating readiness.
• On-site Enrolment & Device Setup: assist users, configure devices, and coordinate enrolment.
• Warranty Case Management: track and coordinate warranty repairs with OEMs/vendors.
• Appointment Scheduling & User Coordination: schedule imaging, enrolment, pickup, and services.
• Warehouse Operations Support: assist with IT asset storage, staging, and dispatch.
• Documentation & Service Management: log incidents, requests, and asset records.
