Job summary

Pavion Corp is seeking a Service Technician to service, troubleshoot, and program burglar alarms, CCTV/IP-CCTV, fire alarms, and access control systems at client sites nationwide.

The role requires hands-on installation support, on-site diagnostics, and coordinating with dispatch to complete service orders. Travel to Richmond and Virginia Beach markets is expected; NICET certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years of Burglar Alarm Service Experience.
• 2+ years of CCTV/IP-CCTV Service Experience.
• 2+ years of Access Control Service Experience.

Responsibilities

• Service, troubleshoot & program burglar alarms, fire alarms, CCTV, and access control systems.
• Ensure equipment is functional and operational.
• Diagnose causes of problems or failures to identify repairs.
• Replace system components as assigned; panels, audible/visual alarms, etc.
