Job summary

OWL Services LLC is seeking a Field Service Technician to service and install electronic equipment including point of sale systems and EV charging stations in North Las Vegas, NV. This full-time role requires mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to travel up to 40% overnight.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills required.
• One+ years’ experience working in an electrical capacity is preferred.
• Must be able to work independently and be a strong problem-solver.
• Strong attention to safety and willingness to follow all safety protocols.
• 24/7 on-call rotation with other techs in your area.
• Must be able to travel up to 30-40% overnight.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots, inspects, replaces/repairs a wide variety of electro-mechanical devices such as cash registers, coin changers, security equipment, alarms, and point of sale equipment.
• Manage various EV charger testing requirements such as torque, thermal imagery, insulation (megger) and performance reports.
• Locate system performance issues and fix ground faults.
• Complete service requests and maintenance repair items in a timely manner and ensures all requests are handled in a professional manner.
• Correctly review work orders, manuals, and drawings to properly perform maintenance and service of equipment.
• Utilize various testing devices, multiple hand and power tools related to the job.
