Job summary

Crafco, Inc. in Memphis, TN is seeking a Service Technician to perform repairs and service on customer equipment, including rental and demo units, and to support the sales team as needed.

You will meet with customers, plan service work, diagnose and repair units, and travel to job sites to complete assignments.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, at least 1 year of service or mechanical experience, and a clean driving record with a valid license.

Qualifications

• Meet with incoming customers or sales personnel to discuss services required and/or equipment needs.
• Plan and facilitate service work based on customer's needs as well as rental and demo requirements.
• Complete follow-through of repairs or service work performed, properly diagnose and repair units, and maintain good working relationship with all customers and sales personnel.
