Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Solid understanding in repairing small electrical appliances.
• Willing to learn plumbing connections and lines (water, copper, PEX).
• Read/write in English; strong customer service and communication.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Investigate operating difficulties and diagnose equipment problems.
• Repair or adjust equipment to restore operation.
• Clean and maintain equipment on site, including decanters and brewers.
• Document service activities and asset verification in systems.
• Repair/refurbish equipment; maintain spare parts levels.
• Record work completed via mobile device.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers and provide service excellence.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled service, including emergency calls.
• Keep service area and vehicle clean and safe; follow safety policies.
• Complete weekly Driver Report and follow Fleet Manual.
