Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and recondition equipment at customer locations, and to install new equipment as required. The role covers electrical, mechanical, and plumbing diagnostics with emphasis on keeping systems running smoothly and safely.

You will perform preventative maintenance, coordinate with customers, and maintain documentation. A valid driver’s license and ability to meet physical demands are required, with training provided as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Solid understanding in repairing small electrical appliances.
• Willingness to learn how to connect equipment to water sources and add lines/drainage.
• Willingness to work with copper, braided and PEX lines (6 months–1 year experience or vocational training).
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Must meet physical requirements (lifting, bending, standing, PPE).

Responsibilities

• Investigate operating difficulties and diagnose problems.
• Repair or adjust equipment to restore working order.
• Clean and maintain equipment on site and exchange decanters.
• Document service activities, close calls, and complete invoices.
• Repair and refurbish equipment and maintain spare parts.
• Accurately record work performed on mobile devices.
• Maintain good customer relations and a positive company image.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled service activities including installations.
• Keep service area and vehicle clean and organized; follow safety guidelines.
• Complete weekly Driver Report and follow Fleet Manual guidelines.
• Follow all safety standards and manufacturer/company policies.
