Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Service Technician to repair and recondition equipment at profit centers or customer locations. You will diagnose mechanical, electrical, and plumbing problems and take corrective action, including installation when needed.

You will call on customers, perform repairs, document calls and assets, and maintain a safe, organized service area and vehicle. A proactive attitude toward safety and quality is required.

Qualifications

• Basic repair of small electrical appliances.
• Read/interpret service orders and documentation.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Investigates operating difficulties of equipment at assigned sites.
• Makes repairs or adjustments to return equipment to working order.
• Maintains and cleans equipment on location; exchanges components as needed.
• Documents service activities, closes calls, and verifies assets.
• Repairs and refurbishes equipment; maintains spare parts levels.
• Collects work details on mobile device.
• Maintains positive relationships with customers.
• Performs scheduled and unscheduled service, including emergencies and installations.
• Keeps service area and vehicle clean and safe per guidelines.
