Job summary

Aramark Service Technician position available in the United States/Colorado region. The role involves repairing and reconditioning equipment at customer sites, diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues, and installing equipment for accounts.

You will support customers with questions and ensure equipment is repaired to operating standards. Responsibilities include on-site maintenance, detailed documentation, and adherence to safety policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Solid understanding in repairing small electrical appliances.
• Must be willing to learn how to connect equipment to water sources, add additional lines and drainage when vital.
• Must be willing to learn how to work with copper, braided and pex lines. This skill is normally developed through six months to one year of experience in the equipment service operations or through vocational training.
• The ability to read and write in English is required.
• Must also possess effective communication and customer service skills.
• Incumbent must have an acceptable driving record and a qualified driver's license.
• This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking & standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Responsibilities

• Investigate operating difficulties of equipment and diagnose causes.
• Make repairs or adjustments to equipment to restore function.
• Clean and maintain equipment on site including exchanging decanters and cleaning brewers.
• Document calls, complete invoices, asset verification and required customer documentation.
• Repair and refurbish equipment; maintain spare parts levels.
• Accurately collect work completed in company provided mobile device.
• Maintain good relationships with customers to project a positive image.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled service including emergency calls, preventive maintenance, surveys, and installations.
• Maintain service area and vehicle clean; follow safety guidelines.
• Complete weekly Driver Report and follow Fleet Manual.
• Follow all safety standards and policies set by manufacturers and company.
