Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a Field Service Technician in the Sacramento, CA market. In this field-based role, you will deliver high-quality service, installations, maintenance, and issue resolution for Institutional customers, supporting warewashing, laundry, and related systems.

You'll work with sales and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction, uphold Ecolab Brand Standards, and drive measurable outcomes. Travel to nearby locations may be required, with a schedule of 10-hour shifts

Qualifications

• 2 years of service-related experience (maintenance, troubleshooting, installation)
• Current and valid Driver's License with no restrictions
• No immigration sponsorship available for this position

Responsibilities

• Provide field-based service across the market, including aligned and centralized customers
• Install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on warewashing, laundry, dispensing equipment, and related systems
• Complete emergency service requests and planned/unplanned work orders reliably
• Evaluate account conditions and ensure Ecolab Brand Standards are met
• Manage equipment, parts, and inventory for first-time fix performance
• Document work performed accurately and timely
• Partner with sales, distribution, and service teams to improve responsiveness and customer experience
