Job summary

Smarte Carte Inc. is seeking a Field Maintenance and Repair Technician to service Cleveland, OH and surrounding areas. The role requires handling maintenance on carts, strollers, massage chairs, and locker systems, with local travel and a defined geographic radius.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in field-based product support or customer service, with basic electro/mechanical troubleshooting skills. This position offers full-time hours, nights/weekends may be required, and bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of field based product support experience (route) preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in a customer service role required.
• Basic understanding of electro/mechanical assembly, troubleshooting, and repair experience.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for area P&L, with the expectation to deliver excellent results vs. annual and strategic plans.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Mall, Locker, and Planet Fitness communities as well as with Smarte Carte peers.
• Identify KPIs related to maximizing flow-through within assigned route.
• Inspect and perform maintenance on all equipment: Carts, CMUs, Strollers, Massage Chairs, Locker Systems.
