• 2+ years of experience in facilities maintenance, maintenance operations, industrial maintenance, building systems, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes routine operational data to support issue resolution and improve workflow consistency.
• Implements incremental process adjustments that enhance efficiency, reduce rework, and improve service delivery.
• Coordinates task dependencies across teams to support smooth execution and timely completion of activities.
• Escalates atypical issues with clear context and recommended actions to support effective resolution.
• Performs assigned maintenance and operational activities to sustain equipment reliability and process continuity.
