Job summary

Cencora is seeking an experienced facilities maintenance professional to support its US distribution services. The role is in Brooks, Kentucky and operates Wednesday–Saturday, 11:00 am–9:30 pm, with four 10-hour shifts.

Pay ranges from $34.00 to $37.50 per hour, depending on experience. You will analyze routine data, implement process improvements, coordinate cross-team tasks, and ensure equipment reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial maintenance, mechanical/electrical engineering technology, mechatronics, facilities management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in facilities maintenance, maintenance operations, industrial maintenance, building systems, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting or related field.
• Certification in Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or equivalent preferred.
• Strong understanding of maintenance processes and equipment reliability.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes routine operational data to support issue resolution and improve workflow.
• Implements incremental process adjustments that enhance efficiency, reduce rework, and improve service delivery.
• Coordinates task dependencies across teams to support smooth execution and timely completion of activities.
• Escalates atypical issues with clear context and recommended actions to support effective resolution.
• Performs assigned maintenance and operational activities to sustain equipment reliability and process continuity.

This role is in support of Cencora's distribution services in the US operating through our AmerisourceBergen business.

Shift: Wednesday - Saturday 4-10 hour shifts | Shift time: 11:00am - 9:30pm

Pay Range: $34.00 - $37.50 depending on experience.
