Job summary

GET Group North America (GETNA) is seeking a Service Technician in Tucson, AZ to support field service on electro-mechanical systems. The role involves installations, training, and software integration with strong customer focus.

Applicants must be U.S. citizens and able to obtain a government security clearance. Travel of up to 15% within the U.S. may be required for training and backup coverage.

Qualifications

• 1-year experience in a Mechatronics support role.
• 2-4 years Electro-Mechanical experience in a hands-on environment.
• Ability to read schematics and disassemble/reassemble complex devices.
• Capable of independent and team work with minimal supervision.
• Proficient with MS Office.
• Excellent communication skills.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and support equipment per SLA requirements.
• Respond promptly to maintenance calls and document actions.
• Maintain accurate on-site service inventory in Tucson.
• Assist Operators and System Admins to troubleshoot issues.
• Train users and maximize hardware/software usage.
• Suggest improvements to operating instructions and procedures.
