Job summary

A leading technology firm in the U.S. is seeking a Service Technician. This role involves providing field service support for complex electro-mechanical systems across various locations. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong technical skills, the ability to perform installations, and excellent customer service. Qualifications

• 1-year experience in a Mechatronics support role or 2-4 years Electro-Mechanical experience.
• Must have a familiarity with sensors, motors, pneumatics and PLCs.
• Capable of working independently and effectively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and support equipment maintenance efforts.
• Respond to all maintenance calls in a timely manner.
• Assist with troubleshooting issues the customer encounters.

Skills

Troubleshooting skills

Proficient with MS Office

Communication skills

Familiarity with Electro-Mechanical devices

Ability to read schematic diagrams

Education

2-year associate’s degree in a Technical or Diagnostic field

4-year Bachelor of Science degree in technical discipline

Technical military school certificate in Electrical or Mechanical discipline
