The Field Service Technician (NETA 1) role supports technicians with test equipment, basic measurements, and acceptance testing while ensuring safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
• Must pass background/MVR check and pre-employment/post-accident/drug testing.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Basic understanding of electrical theory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and remove test equipment for various testing activities.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of test equipment; ensure tools are in good condition.
• Perform basic electrical measurements under supervision; record and report data accurately.
• Assist technicians with basic measurements and testing tasks as needed.
