Job summary

Joerns Healthcare LLC is seeking a Field Service Technician to deliver, set up, and service medical equipment at customer facilities. The role includes educating patients and caregivers on safe operation, performing product care and maintenance, and maintaining inventory and paperwork in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, 2 years of customer-facing experience, and is able to travel and work extended hours, including some evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of customer interface experience.
• Ability to travel and work extended hours, including some evenings and weekends.
• Ability to lift, push or pull up to 100 lbs with or without accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and set up product at customer sites per schedule.
• Instruct patients/caregivers and nurses on safe product use.
• Load/unload product following policies and procedures.
• Perform vehicle safety checks and drive defensively.
• Maintain a safe environment for patients at all times.
• Complete required paperwork and HIPAA-compliant documentation.
