Job summary

Acuative, the nation's leading independent provider of telecommunications field services, seeks a Field Service Technician to install and service voice and data networks, servers, computers, and retail technology systems.

Primary duties include network hardware installation, telephony support, and on-site audits. You may travel to customer sites, lift up to 50 pounds, and work after hours when needed.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in information technology or equivalent experience.
• CompTIA, Cisco, Cabling, Satellite, PBX or VoIP system certifications are a plus.
• Selected candidates will attend hardware and cabling training at our Global Technology Center.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain networking hardware including routers, switches, and WAPs.
• Install and maintain telephone equipment and circuits.
• Support retail technology systems—POS, Digital Signage, Video Surveillance.
