NorcomCT is seeking a Service Technician/Field Engineer to join their technical services team. This role is essential to providing technology solutions for first responders. The position offers a pay rate between $29 to $43 per hour based on experience, alongside benefits such as medical, dental, and 401(k).

The technician will perform repairs and service at client locations while maintaining efficient documentation of work performed. Candidates should have a solid understanding of electronics and excellent problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in field service or internal support, preferably three years.
• Knowledge of basic electronics theory and networking principles.
• Ability to explain technical information in understandable terms.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain electronic equipment at customer sites.
• Prepare and configure equipment prior to installation.
• Assist with physical installation of equipment.
