Job summary

FloWorks International LLC's Applied Controls unit is seeking a Field Service Technician - Applied Controls in Tulsa, OK. This hybrid role blends hands-on field service with project management to install, service, and maintain analytical equipment and industrial control systems.

The ideal candidate will have an engineering/technical degree, strong troubleshooting skills, and experience with PLC-based automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
• Experience managing technical projects.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specs, schematics.
• Proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50% as needed.
• Valid driver's license and site access.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain analytical equipment and control systems.
• Provide onsite and remote technical support to customers.
• Perform system diagnostics and root-cause analysis.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections.
• Document activities, findings, recommendations, and actions.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Train customer personnel in operation and maintenance.
