Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform service work on customers' equipment including diagnostics, testing, repair, calibration, upgrading and cleaning.
• Provide support and troubleshooting to customer and service technicians.
• Provide technical support for prompt resolution of issues.
• Escalate unresolved customer and service technician issues.
• Demonstrate and describe core products to advise customers on best solutions.
