Job summary

MAPEI Corporation, a global leader in construction chemicals and building materials, is hiring a Field Service Technician (Dispenser - Concrete Admixtures) for the Florida region. You will collaborate with area sales to support installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of dispenser equipment, while building strong customer relations.

The role involves planning daily service work, performing maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety and company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Trade certification or 4+ years of dispenser equipment experience preferred.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting mechanical/electrical drawings.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Dispenser assembly, installation, calibration, and maintenance of equipment, including electrical and mechanical components.
• Perform preventive and emergency repairs to ensure uptime.
• Assist customers with proper use and maintenance of equipment.
• Maintain service logs, inventory, and ensure parts availability.
