Job summary

MAPEI Corporation in the United States (Remote Florida area) is seeking a Field Service Technician to support dispenser equipment for the Concrete Admixtures Team. You will collaborate with area sales representatives to install, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment in customer sites.

The role offers a base salary of $60,000–$85,000 with a discretionary annual bonus, a company vehicle, comprehensive medical plans, and 17 paid days off plus 401(k) matching. Travel within the region is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Trade certification or 4+ years’ experience in construction or dispenser equipment preferred.
• Proficient in mechanical, electrical, and basic plumbing systems.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs. independently (100 lbs. with assistance).
• Strong organizational, planning, and customer service skills.
• Ability to maintain a high travel requirement in the assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, calibrate, and maintain dispenser equipment.
• Perform preventive and emergency repairs to ensure uptime.
• Assist customers with proper use and maintenance of equipment.
• Maintain service logs, equipment inventory, and ensure parts availability.
• Coordinate with your supervisor to plan efficient installation and service schedules.
• Partner with Sales Representatives to build and maintain professional customer relationships.
