Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years of commercial hot-side and/or refrigeration service experience.
• EPA Universal Certification preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills are essential.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities are required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial cooking equipment.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair refrigeration systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure safe operation.
• Document service calls, parts used, and labor hours in the system.
