Job summary

Tech24's Facilities Management division in Indianapolis seeks a Senior Commercial Hot & Cold Technician to diagnose, maintain, and repair a wide range of hot-side, cold-side, and HVAC equipment, driving a company vehicle to customer sites.

Requires 5+ years of service experience, EPA Universal Certification preferred, strong troubleshooting, and the ability to mentor junior techs. Includes a company vehicle, training, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial hot-side and/or refrigeration service experience.
• Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities across commercial foodservice equipment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial cooking equipment (ovens, fryers, steamers, griddles, warmers).
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair commercial refrigeration systems (walk-ins, reach-ins, prep tables, ice machines).
• Perform preventative maintenance to ensure safe, efficient equipment operation.
• Document service calls, parts used, labor hours, and customer interactions in the company system.
• Communicate repair status, recommendations, and timelines to customers.
