Job summary

Ameriserve is seeking a skilled Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and service a range of commercial kitchen equipment including ovens, walk-ins, dish machines, fryers, and HVAC systems. You will troubleshoot issues, perform tests, and ensure installations and maintenance meet industry standards.

The role emphasizes customer service, strong communication, and adherence to safety guidelines while offering ongoing training and opportunities to travel to client sites across the region.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience repairing and maintaining commercial kitchen equipment.
• Strong communication and customer-service orientation.
• Able to lift up to 55 pounds and be physically capable.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• EPA 608 or CFESA certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain ovens, walk-ins, dish machines, fryers, mixers, tilt skillets, and HVAC systems.
• Oversee client needs, test equipment, and resolve issues promptly to ensure error-free operation.
• Maintain relationships with customers and follow company guidelines.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and gas-related issues in commercial kitchens.
