Job summary

Performance Foodservice is seeking a dedicated account manager to oversee geographic territories, provide hands-on training, and ensure proper operation of beverage and chemical equipment. You will install equipment, assist sales teams, and deliver direct customer service at client sites.

The role involves traveling to customer locations, coordinating service schedules, and handling related duties to support the company’s food distribution operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 6–12 months equipment sales and/or maintenance experience preferred.
• Territory covers Ft. Walton/Destin to Panama City, Florida; some on-call weekend hours may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts in the geographical area and provide assistance and training.
• Maintain proper functioning of beverage and chemical equipment.
• Install and test various equipment.
• Assist customers and sales people to determine best equipment or products for application.
• Provide face-to-face customer service in various situations.
• Drive to customer sites to assist in correcting problems.
• Prepare schedules for service or installation.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
