Job summary

Performance Foodservice is seeking a field-based account specialist to manage accounts in Albany and surrounding areas. You will install and test beverage and chemical equipment, and provide hands-on training and support to customers and sales staff.

In this role, you will deliver face-to-face customer service, coordinate service and installation schedules, and drive to client sites to troubleshoot equipment issues as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 6-12 months equipment sales and/or maintenance experience.
• Territory includes Albany, Tifton, South Georgia and North Florida.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts in geographical area and provide assistance and training.
• Maintain proper functioning of beverage and chemical equipment.
• Install and test equipment.
• Assist customers and sales people determine best equipment or products for application.
• Provide face-to-face customer service in various situations.
• Drive to customer sites to assist in correcting problems.
• Prepare schedules for service or installation.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
