Job summary

Performance Foodservice in Albany, GA is seeking an account-focused technician to manage a geographic area, provide training, and ensure equipment runs smoothly.

You will install and test beverage and chemical equipment, assist customers and sales teams in selecting best solutions, and travel to sites to address issues.

A high school diploma is required; 6–12 months in equipment sales or maintenance preferred; strong customer service and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 6 - 12 months equipment sales and / or maintenance.
• Position service territory is Albany, South Georgia and North Florida.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts in the territory and provide assistance and training to such accounts.
• Maintain proper functioning of beverage and chemical equipment.
• Install and test various equipment.
• Assist customers and sales people determine best equipment for application.
• Provide face-to-face customer service in various situations.
• Drive to customer sites to assist in correcting problems.
• Prepare schedules for service or installation.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
