Job summary

CCR Beverage Solutions is seeking a Coffee Equipment Technician to service commercial coffee machines in the Dripping Springs area. You will diagnose electrical and hydraulic faults, read diagrams, and perform careful disassembly and reassembly of components. You’ll document work in ServiceTitan and explain findings to customers in plain language.

A company vehicle is provided after training. Expect two to three service calls daily, travel within the territory, and a compensation range of 20–25

Qualifications

• Experience performing service calls at commercial coffee accounts.
• Ability to read electrical and hydraulic diagrams to trace faults.
• Must build adapters, disassemble/reassemble components with care.
• Write accurate service notes and document work clearly.
• Proficiency with ServiceTitan for tickets and time management.
• Able to communicate findings clearly to customers in plain language.

Responsibilities

• Use a multimeter to take voltage, resistance, capacitance, and continuity readings.
• Read electrical and hydraulic diagrams to locate faults.
• Identify outlet types and plumbing thread sizes; build adapters when needed.
• Disassemble and reassemble components with care and attention to detail.
• Reference parts diagrams and machine documentation for part numbers.
• Write accurate, professional service notes with correct spelling.
• Manage tickets and time through ServiceTitan.
• Explain findings clearly to customers.
• Taste coffee to verify machines are dialed in after repair.
