Job Responsibilities

• Dismantle and prepare CNC machines for shipment
• Level and align machines
• Troubleshoot and repair major CNC machine tool problems
• Disassemble, repair, and rebuild machine tool sub-assemblies and assemblies
• Organize, tag, and mark components for future assembly
• Identify, repair, or replace damaged components
• Perform first-time power-up and troubleshooting of machines
• Train customers on CNC control systems operation
• Travel frequently to customer facilities, often on short notice
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Perform other duties as assigned
