Top Echelon LLC is seeking a Field Service Technician to support CNC machinery installations and on-site service across customer sites. The role requires traveling to client facilities, commissioning equipment, performing maintenance, and documenting service activities.

Candidates should live within 50 miles of a major airport and be willing to travel 90-100% with overtime. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k with match, disability coverage, and paid holidays/ PTO.

Qualificações

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to understand and use I/O structure for technical trouble shooting.

Responsabilidades

• Support sales staff in servicing equipment.
• Install new equipment at customer sites.
• Provide solutions for service of equipment at customer sites.
• Document all service performed and future needs.
• Maintain excellent customer service and satisfaction.
• Prepare timesheets, service reports and installation forms.
• Accurately track expenses and submit reports.
