Job summary

Bloom Energy in Santa Teresa, New Mexico seeks a Field Service Technician to diagnose, maintain and troubleshoot Bloom Energy servers at customer sites, ensuring safety and reliability in a fast-paced environment. You will apply extensive product knowledge, read schematics, perform electrical and mechanical work, and coordinate with customers and internal teams.

Travel and on-call duties are required to support 24/7 operations.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting/repair skills.
• Electrical experience required, troubleshooting & repair skills necessary.
• Experience with electrical systems, readings, and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain and troubleshoot Bloom Energy servers at customer sites.
• Provide technical support and issue resolution for fuel cell systems and site upkeep.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal, to facilitate duties.
• Ability to travel and support 24x7 operations as needed.
