Job summary

Martin Systems in Wisconsin is seeking an experienced field technician to service and upgrade electronic security systems including CCTV, access control, and alarms. You will perform installation, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance to ensure uptime for enterprise and industrial customers.

Travel between sites is expected; occasional on-call after hours and weekends; strong IT skills, ability to read schematics, and certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years servicing Access Control and CCTV for enterprise customers.
• Strong networking/IT background with IP networking and VLANs.
• Ability to read schematics and use diagnostic tools.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, test, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair CCTV, access control, alarm systems.
• Perform maintenance, battery and siren testing, keypad programming, and component replacement.
• Program, network, configure, and commission software and hardware as required.
• Maintain accurate service records, complete work orders, and communicate with supervisors/customers.
• Provide excellent customer service and be available for after-hours on-call.
