Job summary

GLORY is seeking a Field Service Technician in Chicago, IL. You will be the face of GLORY’s Field Service team, directly supporting clients and resolving on-site issues related to high-speed cash-handling equipment.

Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm or 9am–6pm, with travel as needed. You’ll stay current on equipment changes and parts usage while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage all aspects of customer service and care with our clients
• Independently troubleshoot and repair a variety of high-speed cash-handling equipment
• Track and manage parts/tools
• Stay abreast of changes in technical and functional elements of GLORY equipment
