Job summary

GLORY is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our Madison, WI team. You will be the face of GLORY, troubleshoot and repair high-speed cash-handling equipment, manage parts and tools, and service our clients on site.

This permanent, full-time role offers a Fri-Mon work schedule, with pay of $20.00–$27.00 per hour, plus a robust benefits package including 401(k) with match and parental leave, health/dental/vision, and professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of personal computers, network navigation and email.
• Ability to read schematics, diagrams and mechanical drawings.
• Experience with electro-mechanical repair and field service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure overall customer satisfaction.
• Diagnose system problems and perform repairs.
• Keep customer informed of progress during maintenance or downtime.
• Complete machine installations and hardware/software upgrades as needed.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and training; report incidents.
• Perform other duties within scope as assigned.
