Job summary

Arjo is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform preventive maintenance and repair of medical equipment across a Green Bay, WI radius. You’ll diagnose electromechanical systems, service at healthcare facilities, and help grow service contracts while building strong customer relationships.

• Sales experience preferred.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to read and understand mechanical and electrical schematics.
• Lift up to 30 pounds and push/pull 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, install, upgrade, and in-service at customer locations (medical facilities).
• Technical diagnosis and repair; cost estimates on customer-owned medical equipment.
• Assist the Sales team in marketing company equipment (joint calls, in-services, sales leads, demo and trade show setup).
• Grow Service Contracts revenue through sales of new service contracts and renewal of existing service contracts.
• Complete and submit accurate reporting.
• Spare parts inventory management.
• Daily driving to customer locations; 40% overnight travel.

This Field Service Technician will provide preventative maintenance and repair services on Arjo's medical equipment within a territory that is centered around the Green Bay, WI area (covering approximately a 2-3 hour radius).

This role will require a detailed understanding of electromechanical systems and the tools and processes required to complete the work. The selected Technician will focus on high-quality equipment service and on building customer relationships to drive growth opportunities.

• Total Cash - $25 - $28 per hour(DOE) plus Performance Bonus. (once fully trained, this position will be eligible to participate in this quarterly and annual bonus program, with the opportunity to earn an additional$20K+ annually)
